HOW TO USE

Put the KRIMS KRAMS Mat on your bed or on any other type of soft surface. We recommend that you lie on your KRIMS KRAMS Mat between 10 – 30 minutes, but it’s not dangerous to lie longer or if you happen to fall asleep. Use your KRIMS KRAMS Mat when you have time and when you feel like it, preferably every day.

KRIMS KRAMS Mat is also very useful during rehabilitation and after exercises.

Initially when you lie down on a KRIMS KRAMS mat the contact with the plastic points may be experienced as a little painful, but this will fade and be replaced by a comfortable heat soon. If you have sensitive skin you may place something like a thin cloth between your body and the plastic points. It is recommended that you start with the Back and Neck Treatment.

Take your KRIMS KRAMS Mat with you when travelling, to save space and keep the weight down you may remove and leave the styrofoam at home. If you use KRIMS KRAMS Mat in bed you don’t need the styrofoam mattress anyway, as it will be soft enough with the bed’s own mattress – which will shape itself to your body

Rest and relaxation or gentle activity is recommended after the session.

We recommend that you use the KRIMS KRAMS Mat daily for optimum result. Just like with any other type of training regular use is recommended for best results. Using the KRIMS KRAMS Mat on a regular basis can make these feelings a regular part of our life.

Back and Neck Treatment

Put a rolled up towel or small pillow under the KRIMS KRAMS Mat so that the back of the neck is fully supported (make sure that it gives support all the way to the base of the skull). 










Neck



Place a pillow or rolled up towel under the KRIMS KRAMS Mat so that it shapes itself appropriately for the neck (to make sure that it gives support all the way to the base of the skull).

 








Hips, Lower Back & Legs


Place the KRIMS KRAMS Mat under your pelvis.



 









Knee and thighs





 









Abdomen

Lie on your stomach with your arms along the body or palms facing down under your head.

Women may place the mat below the bosom if needed.

You should get accustomed to the back treatment first.

 






Face and Jaw

Place the cheek carefully on the mat. In the beginning you can place a thin piece of cloth between face and nails. After a few sessions the cloth can be removed.

  

 







Feet

Start with hands and feet on the mat first and then progress to feet only after a few sessions.
